Office Assistant

Hi, I'm Lily Knutson, Office Assistant. I get to help run the behind-the-scenes activities and paperwork to provide a smooth experience for our patients and their families. I am a lifelong Alaskan, and a dedicated wife and mother to two sweet and rambunctious boys. I attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks and earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, and spent several years working in both Public Accounting and Not-For-Profit Accounting before becoming a full time stay at home mom. Now that my kids are in school, I serve on the board for our PTA, volunteer as much as I can, and help here with the Office Administration. My kids keep me busy and I joke that my hobbies include organizing and transporting them to their hobbies, but if I do have free time, you will find me curled up with a book and a cup of hot tea.

Hi! I’m Tabitha Crocker, the Billing and Office Manager here at Inspired Speech. With a background in healthcare administration, I manage everything from billing and insurance coordination to keeping our office organized and running smoothly. I’m passionate about creating efficient systems, streamlining workflows, and supporting our amazing team so we can deliver the best possible experience for our patients. Outside of work, I’m a proud mama to two curious, fun school-aged kids who keep me busy with their endless adventures and activities. I love spending time with my family, staying active at my CrossFit gym, or relaxing on the couch watching Love Is Blind on Netflix.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A)

I recently completed my SLP-A license and am loving being part of the team at Inspired Therapy! I’m originally from Anchorage and graduated from UAF with a degree in Linguistics. I have over ten years of experience in adult literacy and ESL education, along with a certificate in dyslexia literacy remediation. Since 2020, I’ve been tutoring children in reading. Fairbanks has become especially dear to me because of my church community, the running community, and my husband of one year!

Hi! My name is Jesse Lentz, and I am a licensed SLP-A working in the Fairbanks, Alaska area. With a long history of working with children, I am committed to bringing positive energy into all that I do. I am dedicated to life-long learning and providing individualized care to families seeking pediatric speech therapy. Throughout therapy, it’s important to me to provide an environment that allows progress through meaningful connections and a collaborative approach with caregivers and other professionals on your child’s team. I am sincere about meeting families where they are in their speech journey and moving forward with united speech goals. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and exploring the beautiful world we live in!
